La Jihad have just finished up their tour of the Holy Land and so we here at OTHC decided to review this fantastic wax cylinder in memoriam. Hopefully we can see our fellow rabbis back here soon. This cylinder, Somewhere at the Bottom of the Red Sea Between Egypt and Sudan paints a tale of two Egyptians, one who was ostracised and exiled from his community after missing morning prayers.
Word from La Jihad is that this is a cylinder that everyone should check. I personally recommend my favourite track Said the Pharoah to the Israelites but there are other standout pieces, notably The pyramid builders and Nobody, not even the Shiekh and we can’t forget the epic The last lost tomb of Rameses II. If you haven’t got a copy of this wax cylinder, we will be giving away a few as a OTHC x La Jihad pair up promotion. See you in the tent.
